I have always wanted to try the Heng Hwa cuisine (兴化) @Pu Tien. Finally, I went with my friends to their Parkway Parade outlet last weekend. The restaurant was packed and we had to queue for awhile before our turn to get in. While queuing, I flipped through their menu, the dishes looked appetizing and the prices seem reasonable. We were starving and as soon as we got our table, we quickly called the waiter and placed our orders :) Here what we ordered for our dinner ~
While waiting, let's take a shot of the wet tissue ~ hehe ^0^
Fried 兴化 Bee Hoon ~ one of their Chef's specialties. I like bee hoon; be it fried or in soup. Taste not bad and not that oily.
Fried Man Tou (bun) stuffed with Shredded Meat. This is tasty ~ must try!
Mouthwatering whenever I look at this ^0^
Fried CodFish ~ well, tasted ok but I will skip this order in my next visit.
I like this simple dish ~ Spinach with Salted Egg and Century Egg in Supreme Stock. The gravy is simply delicious and goes well with the Bee Hoon ^-^
Yipee ~ It's TGIF tomorrow and gonna hangout with friends for drinks and food again ^.~
