In celebration of the Chinese New Year, it is traditionally that we will have our LO HEI (捞起) or prosperity toss. It is a colorful dish with raw fish slices, mixed shredded of vegetables, other condiments and sauces. As what the old folks say, the more Lo Hei that you have eaten, it brings more prosperity and abundance of good luck, health and weath to you. I hope that I get to have more Lo Hei this year.
