The Avenue of Stars is located @Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong which is along the Victoria Harbour Waterfront. It is a tourist attraction and popular for its spectacular "Symphony of Lights" display at night. I was late and missed the show :(

I love how colorful all the building lighting is! Don't worry--I was in HK for 2.5 weeks and missed the light show every night. hahaha. Too busy stuffing my face :)
